When Should I Do This?

You generally only need to clear site data if you're experiencing one of the following:

  • The app feels stuck or a page won't finish loading.
  • You see outdated information that doesn't match what others see.
  • You receive unexpected errors after a Bluerithm update.
  • The Bluerithm support team asks you to clear your cache.

Clearing site data will log you out of Bluerithm, so you'll need to sign back in afterward. None of your Bluerithm project data is affected — everything is stored on our servers, not in your browser.
