How do I send a project update email?
In the new Bluerithm (app.bluerithm.com), you can email a project update to chosen project members from inside the project.
- In the project, click New and choose Project update email.
- Write the update in the Update box, or click Draft With AI to start from a summary of the project's progress, issues and upcoming work, then edit it. Draft With AI appears when AI tools are turned on for your account.
- Choose the Recipients from the project members.
- Optionally change the Subject, add a Message, and keep Send me a copy ticked to receive a copy yourself.
- Check the Preview, then click Send.
Account admins and users from the company that owns the project can send updates. Anyone who has turned off Email notifications under Settings is skipped. Project update emails need a connection and are not available in template projects.
