How do I teach the Bluerithm agent a skill of my own?
A skill is a set of instructions the Bluerithm agent follows for a task, such as how your team writes a weekly report or names its equipment. You can have the agent write one for you, or write it yourself.
Three kinds of skills
- System: built in by Bluerithm, such as project-setup, create-work and reports.
- Organization: shared with everyone in your account by your account admins.
- Personal: yours, used in all of your conversations.
The agent picks the right skill when your request matches it. To choose one yourself, type / in the message box.
Have the agent write a skill
- Describe the task in plain words and ask the agent to save it as a skill, for example: "Save this as a personal skill for me: every Friday I want a summary of the issues closed that week in the current project, grouped by priority, in a table with the responsible contractor."
- The agent shows you the draft and asks whether to save it as written or change it first.
- When you agree, it shows a Save a personal skill card with the skill's name (1), description and instructions. Click Allow (2) to save it.

Write or change a skill yourself
- In the agent, click your avatar (your initials at the bottom of the conversation list; in the panel, click ☰ first) and choose My skills.
- Click New skill, or Edit (3) on an existing one.
- Fill in the Name, the Description (when the agent should use it, written as "use when…") and the Instructions, then click Save skill.
A new or changed skill applies from your next message. You can have up to 10 personal skills turned on (Enabled, 1). To leave a skill out of one conversation, open its Conversation settings (the gear), choose Skills and clear Apply here.

Share a skill with your organization
In My skills, click Publish (2) on the skill (or ask the agent to submit it for review). Your account admins review it; until they approve it, it stays yours, and you can click Withdraw to take it back. The bell (Notifications) tells you when they approve it, reject it or ask for changes.
Guests don't have personal skills.
