How do account admins review and share skills for the Bluerithm agent?

Account admins decide which skills the Bluerithm agent uses for everyone in the account: they review the skills people publish, and write, test and publish the organization's own.

In the agent, click your avatar (your initials at the bottom of the conversation list; in the panel, click ☰ first) and choose Account settings.

Review skills people publish

  1. Open the Review tab. Skills waiting for you are listed with their instructions.
  2. Choose Approve & publish (1) to share it with everyone now, Approve draft (2) to add it as a draft you can change first, Request changes (3), or Reject (4). A note to the author is required to reject or request changes.

The author is notified of your decision. The tab keeps a log of recent decisions.

Manage the organization's skills

On the Skills tab:

  • New skill (1) starts a draft. Clone a system skill (2) copies one of Bluerithm's built-in skills (listed on the System skills tab) as a draft you can adapt to how you work.
  • Try it (3) runs a draft in a test conversation only you can see.
  • Publish (4) makes it available to everyone. You're asked for a short change note, which is kept in the skill's History, where you can restore an earlier version as a draft.
  • Force applies a skill to every conversation, and people can't switch it off.
  • Unpublish, Archive or Delete a skill you no longer want, or Export it as a file.

Up to 20 organization skills can be published at a time; drafts don't count.

Everyone else in the account sees the published skills in Account settings as a read-only list, and can turn a skill off for one of their conversations unless you forced it. Whether guests get the organization's skills is set under Guest skills on the same tab.
