How do AI credits work for the Bluerithm agent?

Each response from the Bluerithm agent uses AI credits from your account. Longer work, the High model, large documents and web searches use more.

See what you've used

  • Point to (or tap) the AI credits ring at the top right of the agent (1) to see your account's credits for this period, purchased credits, what has been used today, and when included credits reset.
  • Each response shows the credits it used (2), and the line under the conversation shows the total for the conversation. The conversation list shows the credits each conversation has used.
  • Click your avatar in the agent (your initials at the bottom of the conversation list; in the panel, click ☰ first) and choose My usage to see your own credits by task and skill.

Included and purchased credits

  • Your plan includes credits each period. They reset at the start of the next period and don't roll over.
  • Purchased credits are used once the included credits run out. They carry over from one period to the next until they expire.
  • A banner (3) tells you when the agent is using purchased credits, when they are running low, and when the account is out of credits. When it is out, the agent stops until an account admin buys more or the next period starts.

For account admins

Click your avatar in the agent and choose Account settings:

  • Usage shows the account's credits for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, by user, by task type and by skill. Export CSV downloads the period's usage. It holds metadata only: message content is never stored there.
  • Credits & billing shows the included and purchased credits and the current price. Click Buy credits to buy a pack or a custom amount by card, and set a Daily cap (credits) to limit how many credits the account can use in a day.

Account admins are notified as the included credits get used up and when purchased credits run low. Guests who use the agent spend the account's credits too, and their usage is listed under their name.
