Who can use the Bluerithm agent in my account?

The Bluerithm agent is available in accounts that have AI tools. In those accounts, account admins and users can use it, and guests can use it once an account admin turns it on for them.

Add AI tools to your account

AI tools are turned on per account by Bluerithm. Contact us to add them. Until then, the agent button doesn't appear, and the agent's own tab says it is not enabled for your organization.

Let guests use the agent

Guests and privileged guests can't use the agent until an account admin turns it on:

  1. In the agent, click your avatar (your initials at the bottom of the conversation list; in the panel, click ☰ first) and choose Account settings.
  2. On the Access tab, under Guest access, turn on "Guest" users can use the agent, "Privileged Guest" users can use the agent, or both.

A guest using the agent can only see and change what their guest role allows in Bluerithm. Their usage is paid from your account's AI credits and listed under their name. Whether guests also get your organization's skills is set under Guest skills on the Skills tab.

Turn web search off

The agent can search the web for references, such as manufacturer data. Each search uses AI credits. To turn it off for everyone in your account, clear The agent can search the web for references under Web search on the Access tab.
