Responding to Issues
If there are issues assigned to you, you may be expected to offer a response about how the problem could be resolved, or how it was fixed.
To do that, click on the Add Response and Files button:
Then you can add your response and attach any pictures or files if needed.
You can also change the Respondent Status of the issue. If the issue has been resolved, set the respondent status to complete. If the issue is assigned to you or your company, you are the respondent.
