AI Tools for Generating Forms, Checklists

Bluerithm has AI tools that can automatically generate custom test procedures, checklists, and other process tracking forms based on your instructions.

The instructions can be simple cues, such as "create a Level 1 FAT checklist", or very complex, like a multi-page, copied/pasted sequence of operations for a complex chiller water plant.

There are two ways to use the AI tools to generate forms in Bluerithm. You can have the tool generate individual sections (tables) for simple test forms or checklists, or entire forms (multiple work items and tables at once) for complete and more complex forms.

Single section (table)

Starting from within a work item, click 'Add a Table', then select 'Generate with AI tools':

Type or paste your instructions into the Instructions box and select the settings for your situation. The tool will generate a preview of the table based on your instructions.

Multiple sections (multiple work items with tables)

From any 'Add New' work button, click 'Add with AI tools'.

Type or paste your instructions into the Instructions box and select the settings for your situation. The tool will generate a preview of the work items with tables based on your instructions.

To use it, click 'Use or Edit' from the preview.
