Add Work
Adding work (checklists, forms, site reports, design reviews, etc.) to your projects can be done in a number of ways. Which method you use depends on which stage of project setup you're at, whether you have template content to copy from, and how complex the workflows are.
Here are common methods of adding work to your projects.
Delegate to an AI Agent
Use agentic AI tools, like through the Bluerithm + Claude Cowork integration or any other agentic tool that can use the Bluerithm MCP server. This is the most productive option when doing large scale project setup, especially when lots of customization on checklists and test forms needs to occur.
Use Existing Work Templates
Bluerithm lets you copy work directly from a template project into an active project so you can maintain consistency and standardization from project to project and only customize where needed.

Bluerithm AI Form Generator
Bluerithm's Create with AI tool can scaffold complete checklists or test forms. You describe what you need, pick a phase, choose how detailed the output should be, and Bluerithm generates a draft checklist that you can review and save.

Excel Editor
The Spreadsheet Editor lets you build and update checklists and forms in Excel and import it into Bluerithm in one pass. This article walks through creating a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) checklist for a Pump equipment type, including the common pattern of splitting items into separate work items by trade or discipline.
