Why didn't my scheduled report arrive?
If a scheduled report did not show up in email, work through this list in the new Bluerithm app (app.bluerithm.com).
- Confirm the schedule is actually on. You should see a green calendar icon, and at least one project member selected as a recipient. The report must be a saved report, not a template, and the project must be active. Setup steps are in Report Delivery Schedules.
- Check the time against the project timezone. Schedule times are based on the project timezone. If that timezone does not match the job site, the run can land at a different local hour than you expected (for example an evening time on the schedule that actually fires in the morning).
- Narrow the report if you meant “yesterday’s work.” Turn on a date range for the previous day in the report filter and save. Without a date range, the report includes every matching item. On a large project that makes a very large PDF, which is slow and can fail to finish.
- Look in Files as well as email. After a successful run, the PDF also appears under the project’s Files / Reports folder. If the schedule shows a last-run time but there is no file and no email, that is a delivery failure on our side, not a missing recipient — contact support.
- Slim large reports. Include fewer systems, skip images and attachments if you do not need them, and avoid a page break after every task. You can also run the report once manually (email when complete) to confirm the smaller export works before relying on the schedule.
