How do I export all issues to Excel?

Yes. In the new Bluerithm (app.bluerithm.com), export every issue on a project as an Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet from Reports using Excel Exports and the Issue Log type.

There is no separate “export all issues to Excel” button on the Issues list. Reports is the path that produces a spreadsheet of the full issue log.

Export the issue log to Excel

  1. Open the project in the new Bluerithm, then open Reports.
  2. Open Excel Exports (this is separate from building a PDF in Report Builder).
  3. Choose the Issue Log Excel report. That file is a spreadsheet of the issues on the project.
  4. Run the export. When it finishes, download the .xlsx file. Completed exports also land in the project’s report-exports folder on Files.

Leave filters unset if you want every issue (open and closed). Apply filters only when you want a subset, such as open issues or one status.

Who can export

A Guest cannot open Report Builder or Excel Exports, so they cannot export the full issue log themselves. Ask a User or Account Admin on the project to run the export, or ask an Account Admin to change your role if you need to export regularly.

A Privileged Guest can export certain Excel reports, including the Issue Log spreadsheet, but does not have Report Builder. If you need a PDF issue list instead, ask a project User or Account Admin to run the Issue Log PDF, or use a saved report they already set up. Role detail is in User Roles.
