How do I email a list of issues?

In the new Bluerithm (app.bluerithm.com), email a list of issues by generating an Issue Log PDF from Reports, then sending that file.

There is no separate “email all issues” button on the Issues page. Reports is the path that produces a shareable list.

Filters on the Issues page do not apply to the PDF. Assigned-to, labels (formerly tags), a selected list, and folder filters you set while viewing Issues stay on that page. Report Builder only uses filters saved on the Issue Log section. If you generate a report with no section, the PDF is blank.

One-time email (PDF)

  1. Open the project, then open Reports.
  2. Start a new report from Options, or open a saved report you already use for issues.
  3. Add a section and choose Issue Log (standard or condensed).
  4. On that section, set Filters for the subset you want — for example Folders (one building or job), Issue Status (Open), Assigned To, or Labels. Save the section.
  5. Save the report, then generate the PDF.
  6. When the PDF is ready, email it to project members, or download it from the project’s Files / Reports folder and attach it to your own email.

In-app report email goes to people who are already on the project. If someone is not a project member, download the PDF and send it yourself — or add them to the project first if they should keep receiving updates.

Recurring email

On the Reports list, use the Schedule button in the Delivery column. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly, pick project-member recipients, and save. Setup detail is in Report Delivery Schedules.

Spreadsheet instead of PDF

If you want a table you can sort in Excel, see How do I export all issues to Excel?. Excel Issue Log also has its own filters; it does not use the Issues page selection.

Follow subscriptions are different: they notify you when an issue changes; they do not send a full issue list. See Notifications and Follow Subscriptions.
