Can I go back to the legacy web app?
Yes, as long as your account still has it turned on. The new Bluerithm at app.bluerithm.com is a full rebuild of the older web app, not a theme or a setting, so there is no switch that makes the new Bluerithm look like the old one. The older web app is a separate site you can open alongside it.
Open the older web app
- Go to trac.bluerithm.com.
- On the sign-in page, click Continue to the legacy Bluerithm.
- Sign in with the same email you use for the new Bluerithm.
It is the same account and the same projects, but a separate sign-in. If your password is rejected on the older web app, use Forgot password on that site. That does not change your new Bluerithm password.
If your account has turned the older web app off
An Account Admin can turn off the legacy web app for the whole account (How do I turn off the legacy web app for my account?). When that has happened, signing in there tells you so and points you to the new Bluerithm, and the Account tab in the new Bluerithm shows the date it was turned off. Only our support team can turn it back on, so contact us if you need it.
If you were looking for a screen or feature that has moved, tell us which page and we'll show you where it lives in the new Bluerithm.
