Why don't I see my checklists on my template's Equipment Types page?
If your project template was built in the older web app, its checklists and test forms may be attached to template equipment in folders rather than to equipment types. The Equipment Type Templates page in the new Bluerithm shows only work attached to equipment types, so those types look empty. Nothing is lost: the checklists are still on the template's equipment.
Project templates in the new Bluerithm have Work Items, Equipment Types, Reports, Files and Settings pages, but no Equipment folders page, so that folder layout is not shown there.
Recommended: move the work onto equipment types
Attaching work to template equipment was the original approach in the older web app. Equipment types are the recommended approach in both templates and projects: load each type once with its checklists and forms, and that work is copied automatically onto every new piece of equipment of that type added to a project.
- In your template, select the checklists and test forms attached to one piece of template equipment.
- Choose Copy, stay on the same template, and pick Equipment Types as the destination, then the matching type. See Copy Work.
- Repeat for each type. When you set up a project from the template, its equipment types bring this work with them (How do I attach existing checklists to newly added equipment?).
To see the folder layout today
If your account still has the older web app turned on, open the template there to see its equipment folders and checklists as before: Can I go back to the legacy web app?
