How do I delete a project?

In the new Bluerithm (app.bluerithm.com) you delete projects from the Projects page. A deleted project, and everything in it, disappears for everyone on the project. You can't restore a whole project yourself: contact our support team to have it restored (see Recovering Deleted Items).

  1. Open the Projects page. To find the project quickly, type part of its name in Search.
  2. Select the checkbox at the start of the project's row. You can select more than one project.
  3. Click Remove in the toolbar. It shows once a project is selected.

The Projects page searched for EXAMPLE with one project selected; the project's checkbox is marked 1 and the Remove button is marked 2

  1. Delete Projects asks "Are you sure you want to delete these selected Projects?". Click Confirm to delete them, or Cancel to keep them.

Who can delete a project

  • Account Admins can delete any project in the account.
  • Users can delete the projects their own company owns.
  • Guests and Privileged Guests don't see Remove.

Want to keep the project's records but stop working on it? Select it, click Edit and set Status to Closed instead.
