Add New Company

Go to ‘My Company’ View

From the ‘Companies’ page, click on ‘Add a Company’

In the subsequent View, enter the following information:

  • Company Name
  • The Account Type
    • If the company or branch being added is part of your organization and will have active Users who are NOT guests, select ‘Account Member’.
    • If the company of branch being added is NOT part of your organization and will only have Users who are guests, select ‘Guest Company’.
    • Whether a company is set as a ‘guest’ or ‘account member’ does not have an impact on the number of subscribers you pay for, but it does affect certain graphs and charts within BlueRithm.
  • Company Type
  • Primary Work Type
    • This is the primary type of work this company does.
      • This value is used to set up default values when creating new Projects, etc. under this company. It can be changed at any time and does not set any irreversible values.
  • Company Time Zone
    • This should be the time zone that the majority of the projects this company does are in.
    • This value is used to set up default values when creating new Projects, etc. under this company. It can be changed at any time and does not set any irreversible values.

You may also add and edit companies on your account using the User and Company Form, which works like a Project Configuration Form.
