Is there a limit on how many equipment or checklists and test forms a project can have?
No. There is no hard per-project cap on how many equipment items (assets/systems) or work items (tasks, checklists, forms) a project can have.
We routinely run large projects with tens of thousands of equipment items and hundreds of thousands of checklists and forms. You can see the counts on that project's Equipment and Work lists in the new Bluerithm at app.bluerithm.com.
Adding more equipment or work does not by itself hit a platform maximum. Very large projects can feel slower on older devices; see Performance Considerations with the Bluerithm App and Recommended Hardware Specs.
If you need counts for a specific project for stakeholder review, open that project and use the Equipment and Work lists, or contact support with the project name.
