What do Agenda, Minutes in progress, and Issued mean?

Every meeting has a stage badge in the header.

• Agenda stage — prepare topics and attendees before the meeting.

• Minutes in progress — notes are being written; distribute when ready.

• Issued — minutes were distributed; PDFs are on the Issued Minutes tab. Use Reopen for another revision.
