What can a guest see on a meeting?

Privileged Guest and Guest can open a meeting on a project they belong to and read the agenda, files, linked issues, escalated action items, and issued minutes.

They cannot add agenda topics or action items. Start Minutes / Distribute Minutes are for Account Admin and User.
