How do meetings work in Bluerithm?

In the new Bluerithm (app.bluerithm.com), a meeting opens on its own page — series, stage, agenda, attendees, action items, and issued minutes in one place — instead of a generic work item.

This overview covers stages, roles, and links to the step-by-step articles.

Meeting page tabs

Stages

  • Agenda stage — prepare the meeting. Toolbar includes Send Invites, Start Minutes, Add To Calendar, and Next Meeting Invite.
  • Minutes in progress — minutes are being written. Use Distribute Minutes when ready (while generating: Cancel Issuing).
  • Issued — minutes have been distributed. PDFs sit on the Issued Minutes tab. Use Reopen for another revision.

What is on the meeting page

Header: Work / {series} #{n} plus the stage badge. Tabs: Meeting · Files · Linked Issues · Escalated Action Items · Issued Minutes.

On the Meeting tab: meeting series and dates, agenda (including Auto Draft Agenda and Standing Agenda), attendees, and action items.

Who can do what

  • Account Admin and User — create meetings, edit agenda/attendees/action items, start minutes, distribute, reopen, and escalate.
  • Privileged Guest and Guest — open and read a meeting on a project they belong to. They cannot add agenda topics or action items.
