How do I include a dashboard in a report?

The new Bluerithm dashboards are not currently available in Report Builder. There is no Dashboard section type, so live project or portfolio dashboards cannot be added or reprinted as a native report page.

Report Builder section types that are available:

• General
• Issue Log
• Issue Summary
• Work Summary
• Work Matrix
• Table of Contents
• Text Editor
• Work Templates from Equipment Types
• QR Codes

Work Summary and Work Matrix in a report are report sections, not the live dashboard. A generated PDF is a snapshot of whatever you put in the report; it does not stay tied to the dashboard charts.

For an up-to-date view to send the team, share the dashboard instead. In the new Bluerithm (app.bluerithm.com), open the project dashboard, then use Share in the dashboard toolbar. That creates a public live link anyone can open without signing in. Later chart and data changes show for people who already have the link. Give each audience its own named link, and set an expiration if the access should end. Confirm the data is appropriate to share before you send the URL.

If you need dashboard visuals inside a Report Builder PDF right now, the workaround is to take screenshots and paste or insert them in a Text Editor section. That page is a snapshot and will not update when the dashboard changes. Capture a new screenshot when you need a newer snapshot.
