Why didn't my Bluerithm project invitation arrive?

Bluerithm project invitations come from System@bluerithm.com with the subject Bluerithm Project Invitation, sent through our mail domain mg.bluerithm.com. If an invitation doesn't show up, work through these steps.

  1. Search for it. Search the inbox and the junk or spam folder for the subject line or the sender address.
  2. Check your company's quarantine. Many companies hold or block outside email in a mail filter (for example Microsoft 365 quarantine, Barracuda, Proofpoint or Mimecast) before it reaches anyone's mailbox. Your IT team can look for the message there.
  3. Ask IT to allow Bluerithm. Ask them to allow email from System@bluerithm.com and the mg.bluerithm.com domain. If the filter refused the invitation, a resend is refused too until this is changed.
  4. Have the invitation resent. Once IT confirms, ask the person who added you to resend it from the project's Settings > Members tab (Add and Remove Project Members).

Going to Bluerithm directly doesn't get around a mail filter: your first sign-in sends a confirmation email to the same address (Signing in for the First Time).

Still nothing after IT has allowed Bluerithm? Contact support with the invited email address and we will check whether the message was delivered or refused by the recipient's mail server.
