Accessing Your Assigned Work and Issues

With the Guest role, Bluerithm shows you only the work and issues assigned to you, or to anyone at your company when your company shares its assignments (see Sharing Issue and Work Assignments). With the Privileged Guest role you can see the whole project, but you can change only what is assigned to you. The steps are the same on a computer, a tablet and a phone.

Find your work

  1. Sign in at app.bluerithm.com, open the project and go to its Work page. It lists the checklists, forms and document requests you can see, grouped by equipment and category.
  2. Click My work, the first badge in the Saved filters row, to show only what is assigned to you (or to your company, when it shares assignments). It turns amber while it is applied; click × on it to go back to the full list. Privileged Guests use it to set the rest of the project aside; for Guests the list already shows only their work. See My Work.
  3. To narrow the list further, filter a column or type in Search.

On a phone or tablet the list shows one card per item. My work is in the same row, and the Filter and Sort buttons sit beside the search box. See How do I filter or sort a list on my phone or tablet?

Complete your work

Open an item and fill in its checklist or form: tick the boxes, enter the readings and upload any required files. Its status updates as you go when the form is set up that way. See Responding to Work and Required Files.

Respond to your issues

The Issues page works the same way, with My issues in place of My work. Open an issue and add your response as a note, with photos if needed. When the issue is resolved, click Edit and set Respondent Status to Complete: the issue moves to Awaiting Verification for the project team to close. See Responding to Issues.
